ePREMIER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT BEGINS TODAY.

The ePremier League Tournament (a FIFA online game) by the premier league just started today. This invitational tournament is meant to help raise funds which will be donated to the #PlayersTogether initiative.

The initiative was created by Premier League players as a collective way of generating funds for the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK and distributing them where they are needed most. 

The tournament ends on the 25th of April. It consist of players from the 20 premier league teams. Arsenal and Manchester United do not have players representing them. They however have musicians from a band as their representatives. Below are the twenty teams and their representatives.

PLAYER PARTICIPATING IN THE ePREMIER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT.

Josh Franceschi (Arsenal) – From the band You Me at Six.
John McGinn (Aston Villa).
Philip Billing (Bournemouth).
Neal Maupay (Brighton).
Dwight McNeil (Burnley).
Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace).
Andre Gomes (Everton).
James Justin (Leicester City).
Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool).
Tom Grennan (Man United) – From the band Chase and Status.
Raheem Sterling (Manchester City).
Christian Atsu (Newcastle).
Todd Cantwell (Norwich City).
Angus Gunn (Southampton).
Lys Mousset (Sheffield United).
Moussa Sissoko (Tottenham).
Nathaniel Chalobah (Watford).
Ryan Fredericks (West Ham United).
Diogo Jota (Wolverhampton Wanderers).

Four matches will be played everyday, that is from today till Friday. On Saturday three matches take place including the final.

FIXTURES OF THE ePREMIER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT.

The first match and second match has already ended. Brighton’s Neal Maupay won 6-1 over Aston Villa’s McGinn.
Match number two was between Watford’s Nathaniel Chalobah and Arsenals Josh Franceschi which ended 4-3 in favor of Arsenal’s Franceschi. A further two matches will be played later in the day. Burnley has been paired with West Ham United while Bournemouth faces Southampton. Below are the remaining fixtures.
