The 2019 summer transfer window has come to a close for premier league clubs. The window closed at exactly 5pm UK time. There were big name arrivals in the league as well as big name exits. Of the big-name arrivals, we can talk about Manchester City duo Rodrigo Hernandez and Joao Cancelo. The big-name exits were Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku of Chelsea and Manchester United respectively.
